At Bilal Web Studio, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for our web design, SEO, IT support, and virtual assistant services.
We encourage all clients to read this policy before purchasing any service.
WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any web design project. This deposit covers the initial strategy, design, and planning work carried out before development begins.
Project cancellation before delivery:
If you cancel a web design project after work has begun but before the website is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded minus the value of work already completed.
Project cancellation after delivery:
Once your website has been delivered and approved, no refund is available. Approval includes a written or verbal sign-off on the final design.
Design revisions:
Every web design package includes one full round of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond this are subject to our standard hourly rate of £50 per hour.
60-day results guarantee:
If your website does not generate at least 5 qualified project enquiries within 60 days of launch, we continue working at no additional cost until it does. This guarantee applies to clients who have actively launched their website and are operating in a service area with reasonable local demand. It does not apply to clients who have not yet launched their site or who have made significant changes to the site after delivery.
SEO SERVICES
Monthly SEO retainer:
SEO services are billed monthly on a rolling basis. You may cancel your monthly SEO retainer at any time with 30 days’ written notice sent to bilal@bilalwebstudio.co.uk.
Refunds on monthly payments:
Payments already made for a completed month of SEO work are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, work continues until the end of the paid period, and no partial refund is issued.
90-day ranking guarantee:
If your construction company does not rank on page one of Google for your primary local keyword within 90 days of starting our SEO service, we continue working at no additional cost until it does. This guarantee applies where the agreed keyword targets are reasonable for your location and competition level.
IT SUPPORT AND HOSTING
Monthly IT support retainer:
IT support services are billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice at any time.
Refunds on monthly payments:
Payments already made for a completed month of IT support are non-refundable.
2-hour response guarantee:
If we fail to respond to a reported issue within 2 hours during business hours, your monthly IT support fee is waived for that month. This applies to issues reported through our official support channel at bilal@bilalwebstudio.co.uk during UK business hours of 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES
Monthly virtual assistant retainer:
Virtual assistant services are billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice at any time.
30-day satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality or responsiveness of your virtual assistant service within the first 30 days of starting, we provide a full refund for that month. To claim this refund, contact us at bilal@bilalwebstudio.co.uk within 30 days with details of your concerns.
Refunds after 30 days:
After the initial 30-day period, payments for completed months of virtual assistant work are non-refundable.
FULL SYSTEM PACKAGE
The full system package combines web design, SEO, IT support, and virtual assistant services. The refund terms for each service within the package apply separately as outlined in sections 2 to 5 above.

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Changes apply to new purchases made after the updated policy is published.
