AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing bilalwebstudio.co.uk or purchasing any service from Bilal Web Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of bilalwebstudio.co.uk.
SERVICES
Bilal Web Studio provides the following services to construction companies and small businesses across the UK.
Web design and development. Search engine optimisation. IT support and website maintenance. Virtual assistant services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to the following responsibilities.
Providing accurate and complete information required for the project. Responding to requests for approvals, feedback, and materials within agreed timeframes. Supplying any images, logos, or brand assets required for the project. Ensuring all content and materials provided to Bilal Web Studio are legally owned by the client or licensed for use.
Delays caused by late client responses or missing materials may affect project delivery timelines. Bilal Web Studio accepts no liability for delays caused by the client’s inaction.
PAYMENT TERMS
Web design projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the completed website before the site goes live.
Monthly services, including SEO, IT support, and virtual assistant packages, are billed in advance at the start of each month.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Bilal Web Studio reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, all website design files, content, and code created by Bilal Web Studio for your project become your property.
Bilal Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets used in your project, including fonts, stock images, and plugins, are subject to their own licensing terms. Bilal Web Studio ensures all third-party assets used are properly licensed for your use.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Bilal Web Studio treats all client information as confidential. We do not share client business information, project details, or personal data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Clients agree to keep any proprietary processes, pricing structures, or business methodologies shared by Bilal Web Studio confidential.
GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS
Bilal Web Studio offers the following service guarantees.
60-day enquiry guarantee for web design clients. 90-day page one ranking guarantee for SEO clients. 2-hour response guarantee for IT support clients. 30-day satisfaction guarantee for virtual assistant clients.

While we make every effort to deliver the results outlined in our guarantees, Bilal Web Studio cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on factors including market conditions, client location, competition levels, and client cooperation. Our guarantees relate to the delivery of agreed work and continued effort until targets are met, not to specific financial outcomes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Bilal Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days’ written notice sent to bilal@bilalwebstudio.co.uk.
Bilal Web Studio reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour toward our team.
Upon termination of a web design project, all completed work and files are delivered to the client within 7 days, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
